To deposit funds, navigate to your Wallet section and select "Deposit". Choose your preferred cryptocurrency, and you'll see a deposit address. Send your funds to this address. For fiat deposits, select your preferred payment method and follow the instructions.
We employ multiple security layers including two-factor authentication (2FA), withdrawal address whitelisting, cold storage for digital assets, encrypted data transmission, and regular security audits. We recommend enabling all available security features for maximum protection.
Our fees follow a maker-taker model. Makers (orders that provide liquidity) pay lower fees than takers (orders that remove liquidity). Fees range from 0.02% to 0.2% depending on your 30-day trading volume and VIP tier. Fee schedules are transparently displayed in our Fees section.
